Kennedy- 3 Months Old

Kennedy Goes to Daycare... and Mommy DIDN'T CRY!

There were many factors to lead to the successful event of taking Kennedy to Daycare for the first time... Our Daycare Lady (Janine) is AMAZING... Kennedy's Big Brother was there... and Mommy had already been through this with Cooper so Mommy knew that Kennedy was going to survive and so was Mommy!  Cooper were very proud to show off his little brother to all of his friends.  It took a few days for Kennedy to get used to everyone and everyone to get used to him, but he fits right in and is all smiles while he is there.  We have said it once, and we will say it again- WE ARE SO BLESSED WITH OUR DAYCARE!

Cali Trip- First Time Away from the Boys!

We made our first big trip without the boys... We headed out to Cali to visit our friends, Sarah and John Quail.  We had the most amazing time with each other... it was a great opportunity to not be full blown Mommy and Daddy for a few days and just be Tiff and Mark.  We drank too much, ate too much, got too much sun... it was a PERFECT vacation.  We were gone for 5 days and 4 nights... by the last night I was VERY excited to see the boys the next day.  After having our flight get canceled from Chicago to Moline (not a big surprise) we rented a car to rush home to see the boys... Come to find out- our boys must be pretty "well adjusted" because they didn't show nearly as much as excited that we were home as we did!  Haha!  We attribute it to them being in such good hands ;-)
