34 Weeks Pregnant w/ 22 Month Old Cooper

Well- only 6 weeks left until our due date of June 28th and we cannot wait to meet Baby Hami #2!! It's been a LONG pregnancy full of heartburn, back pain, and tiredness, but the LONG wait is almost over... light at the end of the tunnel- FINALLY!! Cooper is getting at lot more used to the baby in Mommy's belly than he in the beginning. When Mommy's belly first started growing, Cooper would sit in Mommy's lap and turn around to push the baby (Mommy's belly) out of the way so that he could get rid of the lump in his back and get more comfortable!! After many tries of convincing Cooper that the baby is going to be in Mommy's belly for a while, he has since stopped the pushing. Cooper loves to give baby kisses and share his food, drinks, "paci" and night-night (blanket he is completely attached to) with the baby. When we ask him if he is ready to be a big brother, he says, "YEP"!! Even though Cooper is still not very excited about Mommy holding other babies- we are hoping that his baby brother will be different. Cooper is crazy in love with his Daddy... he wants to be just like him (which causes some issues when his Daddy is not behaving ;-). He copies everything Mark says, does, and every facial expression made. It makes Mommy sad sometimes that Cooper is such a "Daddy's Boy", however, I think that it's just God's way of preparing the family for the awesome addition that is about to come.

Speaking of the addition, he is EXTREMELY active!! The other night we were all watching TV and the attention quickly shifted to Baby Hami #2 dancing in Mommy's belly- Seriously- you can see my entire belly move, shift, and jump as Baby Hami #2 does jumping jacks!! He is growing quick big in Mommy's belly!! Please say a prayer that the next 6 weeks fly by and we get to meet Baby Hami #2 SOON!!
