Cooper Celebrate's Papa Kennedy's Birthday- Karaoke Style!

The Hamilton Family headed back to Dubuque, IA for the weekend to celebrate Papa Kennedy's 59th Birthday. Tiff's Mom and Dad had a big party (Hawaiian Theme)where a lot of Karaoke was performed and dancing was done!! Everyone had their turn at singing their favorite song... Cooper loved singing Sponge Bob Square Pants so much (that DJ Aunt Jacque found for him) he didn't want to give back the microphone!! Hope you enjoy the pictures as much as we enjoyed the party!!

Easter Weekend with Grandma and Grandpa Hamilton...

We took a long weekend trip down to Kentucky to meet Mark's parents half way between Iowa and Georgia. We stayed in a Lake House that would have been even more amazing if it didn't rain and thunderstorm the entire time we were there!! We did get to catch a few hours here and there of sunshine so we hung out at a local park where Mark and his Dad tried (key word- TRIED) to fly some kites they bought at the dollar store (2 kites for a dollar) without much wind... Needless to say it was pretty entertaining for Cooper, his Grandma Hamilton and Mommy!! Cooper also enjoyed some bubble time with Grandma Hamilton out on the porch every afternoon. Cooper and Tiff got to sneak away and let Mark have some alone time with his parents... Tiff was SOO thankful that her best friend from high school, April, and her boys, Wyatt and Levi, meet half way between the Lake House and Nashville, TN at a Chik-fil-a for a play date!! Cooper's First Trip to Florida!!

We had a couple of FREE airline tickets to use before Baby Hami #2 arrives and before Cooper turns 2 so we took a quick trip to Florida to enjoy some nice weather and good company with great friends!! Cooper got to meet Mark's Savannah buddies, Tim and Steven for the first time and got to go to the Jacksonville Zoo with Mark's college buddy, BDubb! Although Coop's a man's man- he did accept some loving from Tiff's best friend from college, Courtney!! Cooper has been an amazing traveler for us and even better beach boy (the sand isn't as scary to him as it was in Cali)... We ended the trip at a hotel with what Cooper refers to a "bathy" (also known as an outdoor pool) where he LOVED swimming with his Daddy and Mommy (who is clearly 28 weeks pregnant)!!
